COVID-19 (UPDATE ON MEASURES TAKEN AT DOMINION GARAGE)

Dear Customers

We are acutely aware of the risks associated with COVID-19 and as a business we are taking every precaution to minimise the risk to our Staff & Customers so that you feel safe & confident to bring your vehicles to us during this difficult period. Our cars are possibly going to be more important to us than ever before & we want to ensure that when you visit our Garage you are confident that you are not at any risk.

We have strengthened our hygiene practices and are disinfecting all surfaces & controls on your vehicle that we have had contact with in the course of our work, even though we wear gloves throughout the working day.

All our loan cars will be disinfected thoroughly between use of Customers.

We encourage all our Customers, on arrival, to hand over their keys outside the Office. Then on collection we would encourage you to pay over the phone and your keys will be handed to you again outside, when they have been disinfected.

Any contact with you will be at a distance. Please do not take offence, this is in keeping with government guidelines.

For our more vulnerable Customers, whether from age or illness, we feel this will make not only your visit safer but also more convenient.

If you are in isolation and require vehicle collection/delivery we will facilitate this!

If it is necessary for us to be in the car with you we will be wearing gloves & a face mask.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you of any changes.
